Aruna and Nasim have spent six years in a refugee camp in Lebanon, turning a tent into a makeshift home — and now the government wants it gone. But before the bulldozers arrive their son Ali witnesses an act of violation he cannot walk away from. Suddenly, survival means getting Ali out — across the sea, into the unknown — before the truth catches up with them. And then there is Ahmed. The friend who is more than a friend. The one who goes first. Must we build walls to feel human? What does it cost us when they fall?
